My name is Lara. I am a Mindset Coach - a Transformational Coach in the making, a qualified Personal Trainer, an NLP practitioner and a Psychology BSc graduate - I have a mixed background but one that has fundamentally shaped the person I am today and the coaching approach I use.
As a PT, helping clients with their training and nutrition always resulted in conversations about their lifestyles, habits and often fears and limiting beliefs. Just focusing on what they ate and how they moved was not enough to help them achieve long term results. This led me to take a more holistic approach in my coaching, which resulted in qualifying as an NLP practitioner and completing a course in Transformational Coaching with Animas Centre for Coaching, the world's leading school of Transformational Coaching, accredited by the globally recognised International Coach Federation (ICF).
The coaching I provide is non-judgmental, open and collaborative. I create a confidential space between myself and my clients, so we can explore their thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals without filters.
My goal is to enable a journey of self-exploration which can lead to greater self-awareness and in turn help reshape many areas of life. If you're ready to show up authentically and put in the work, I am sure we'll do great things together!

My coaching is focussed on three key areas: Mind, Body & Life.
Whether you want to change career, lose weight, or simply discuss a difficult personal relationship, I provide a safe non-judgmental space for you to explore your values, fears, what is stopping you and has stopped you until now to reach whatever success means to you. We then set a direction of travel towards your chosen destination.
Throughout the journey, I hold you accountable via weekly zoom coaching sessions, where we celebrate your progress, explore any challenges you may have and check in on your direction of travel, to ensure it is taking you to your desired outcome.
